Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a leading organization on a search for a Project Coordinator to support multiple nationwide installation and implementation projects&nbsp;This contract opportunity is expected to last at least 6 months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and project details in a fast-paced environment.<br>
This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, installers, and theatre locations to coordinate various projects. While industry-specific experience is not required, the ability to quickly learn new processes and effectively manage project activities is essential.<br>

&#9;<li>Assist with coordination of installation projects, including:

&#9;&#9;<li>Branded Signage installation at the entrance to our largest auditoriums in theatres throughout the country
&#9;&#9;<li>Speaker installation projects on the rear wall in a select portion of our largest auditoriums Qty(4-8)

&#9;&#9;<li>Concession equipment installations

&#9;<li>Communicate project updates, risks, and potential issues to stakeholders 
&#9;<li>Partner with teams to identify and resolve project challenges 
&#9;<li>Gather, organize, and maintain project data and documentation 
&#9;<li>Utilize Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to track project information and reporting 
&#9;<li>Support various project needs and assist teams as needed throughout the project lifecycle 
</ul>
