<br>Responsibilities<br>
&bull; Lead and support the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP<br>
&bull; Serve as the primary Oracle Fusion Subject Matter Expert during implementation<br>
&bull; Partner with internal stakeholders and third party implementation partners<br>
&bull; Support migration of data from legacy systems, including PeopleSoft<br>
&bull; Cleanse, validate, transform, and reconcile data for migration<br>
&bull; Load data into Oracle Fusion using standard templates and data import tools<br>
&bull; Provide guidance on configuration decisions and system capabilities<br>
&bull; Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping<br>
&bull; Support system testing including SIT and UAT, reconciliation, and issue resolution<br>
&bull; Document data mappings, processes, and implementation procedures<br>
&bull; Provide functional and technical support for legacy systems during transition<br> 

<br>Required Qualifications<br>
&bull; Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP<br>
&bull; Proven experience supporting or leading an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation<br>
&bull; Strong data migration and data conversion expertise<br>
&bull; Experience extracting, transforming, and loading financial data<br>
&bull; Ability to operate independently as the primary SME<br>
&bull; Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally<br>
&bull; Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment<br> 

<br>Preferred Qualifications<br>
&bull; Experience migrating from PeopleSoft Financials<br>
&bull; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP<br>
&bull; Experience in large scale ERP transformation initiatives<br>
&bull; Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials; Oracle Fusion HCM experience is also a plus<br>

Responsibilities

&#9;<br><strong>Department Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor a tax team, including senior and staff-level accountants. Oversee workflow, coach team members, and assist in hiring, training, and development.<br>

&#9;<br><strong>Tax Compliance:</strong> Supervise preparation and filing of a high volume of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns across multiple states. Respond to escalated inquiries from tax authorities, vendors, and internal teams.<br>

&#9;<br><strong>Tax Strategy & Guidance:</strong> Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws, maintain tax reference tools and training resources, oversee relationships with external tax providers, and advise on tax implications for business transactions.<br>

Required Qualifications
