Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support key financial planning and analysis initiatives across the organization. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting, while partnering closely with accounting and treasury functions. Key Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and prepare data for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Track, develop, and deliver key financial metrics and company KPIs for leadership
• Partner closely with accounting to support and enhance FP&A initiatives
• Provide ongoing support to treasury related functions as needed
• Assist leadership with financial insights, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting

 
Reporting Structure & Collaboration

• Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer
• Works closely with senior accounting and treasury team members on a day to day basis
• Partners with executive leadership to support data driven decision making

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Experience preparing financial reports and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or BI tools preferred
