&#9;<li>Build and support containerized workloads using Docker and modern deployment strategies
&#9;<li>Implement observability, telemetry, logging, tracing, alerting, and performance monitoring best practices
&#9;<li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated deployments
&#9;<li>Support cloud governance and security requirements including identity, compliance, and networking controls
&#9;<li>Provide quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer for developed systems
&#9;<li>Respond to escalated production issues and support root cause analysis and resolution

<br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
&#9;<li>5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application development, AI implementation, or cloud-based engineering
&#9;<li>Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, and ASP.NET
&#9;<li>Strong experience with cloud-native backend development and API design
&#9;<li>Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Durable Functions

<strong>Position Overview</strong><br>
The Robotics Systems Service Technician is responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and validating robotic and electronic equipment to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. This individual will work closely with senior technicians and manufacturing leadership while following established procedures and repair processes. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, quality, and timely completion of repair and testing activities.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

&#9;<li>Test, troubleshoot, clean, repair, and validate returned robotic and electronic equipment
&#9;<li>Document repair findings, labor, components used, serial numbers, and related service records
&#9;<li>Ensure repaired products meet established performance and quality standards
&#9;<li>Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation
&#9;<li>Assist with calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and workstations
&#9;<li>Support occasional after-hours customer stock-out requests
&#9;<li>Follow established repair procedures and quality processes
&#9;<li>Collaborate with technicians, manufacturing teams, and leadership to meet production goals

<strong>Required Qualifications</strong>

&#9;<li>Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate databases, ERP systems, or service management platforms

&#9;<li>Oversee day-to-day property-level accounting operations across a multi-asset commercial real estate portfolio
&#9;<li>Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines
&#9;<li>Review and approve financial statements, supporting schedules, workpapers, and account reconciliations, including bank, balance sheet, and key operating accounts
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal accounting policies, and applicable lender, investor, joint venture, and management agreement requirements
&#9;<li>Partner with property, asset, and corporate finance leadership to interpret operating results, analyze budget and forecast variances, and provide actionable performance insights

<br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance
&#9;<li>6+ years of progressive property accounting experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio
&#9;<li>Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including real estate and lease accounting
&#9;<li>Hands-on experience with property management or accounting platforms such as Yardi or similar systems

<br>Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a <strong>Sales & Use Tax Manager</strong> for a full-time opportunity in the Midwest region.<br> 

Responsibilities

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Department Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor a tax team, including senior and staff-level accountants. Oversee workflow, coach team members, and assist in hiring, training, and development.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Tax Compliance:</strong> Supervise preparation and filing of a high volume of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns across multiple states. Respond to escalated inquiries from tax authorities, vendors, and internal teams.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Tax Strategy & Guidance:</strong> Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws, maintain tax reference tools and training resources, oversee relationships with external tax providers, and advise on tax implications for business transactions.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Audit Management:</strong> Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance, manage jurisdictional audits, provide required documentation, and address audit findings with supporting research and analysis.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br><strong>Other Duties:</strong> Support special projects and related tax responsibilities as assigned.<br>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or related field.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Minimum of 10 years of sales and use tax experience with strong multi-state taxation expertise.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Background in areas such as construction taxability, exemption management, return preparation (in-house or outsourced), and tax calculation software.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) with experience in tax software (e.g., Vertex, CCH SureTax) and ERP systems.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Leadership experience managing and developing teams.<br> 
&#9;
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

&#9;<br>International taxation experience.<br>

&#9;<br>Tax programming or ERP integration knowledge.<br>
