Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Web Developer III to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Lead and actively participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the use of best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve development processes and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in both development and production environments.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of web applications.
  • Implement and maintain documentation related to code, processes, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications
  • .NET Framework ( .NET 5 or later) must
  • Proficient in creating REST services
  • Proficient in Entity Framework
  • Knowledge of the Micro Services design pattern a plus
  • Angular 10 or latest is a must
  • Must know how to create components and call rest services
  • Should have demonstrable Web/UX Designing skills
  • Good knowledge of CSS or SCSS
  • Must understand the Angular component lifecycle
  • Must know how to use 3rd party Angular components (e.g., PrimeNg and Ag-Grid)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure DevOps experience preferred
  • Financial / Accounting / Insurance / Re-insurance experience, preferred
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred
