Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvements through UI/UX enhancements.
- Utilize UI/UX best practices to optimize the overall user experience.
- Iterate and improve existing UI/UX designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to enhance the user interface continually.
- Ensure all UI/UX designs align with the organization's brand guidelines and standards.
- Ensure consistency in design elements such as colors, typography, and iconography.
- Identify opportunities to reduce reliance on third-party tools for UI/UX components.
- Stay informed about the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously update skills to incorporate new design principles and emerging technologies.
- Define and track performance metrics related to UI/UX improvements and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX Experience
- Angular 10+, JavaScript, Typescript, strong CSS or SASS
- Experience with global style sheets.
- Strong commitment to optimization and passion for UI/UX
- Experience with third-party tools like Bootstrap/Angular Material/PrimeNG
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Repository patterns
- Previous experience with source control, like Git, Subversion, DevOps
- Some full-stack experience
- Experience with Angular upgrades.
- React experience.
- Previous experience with third-party table tools, like Bootstrap/DataTable/etc.
