We are currently looking for a Testing Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
Coordinate the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Manage test environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of test data and test systems.
Track and report on testing progress, including test case execution, defect identification, and resolution status.
Facilitate communication between testing teams and stakeholders, ensuring that test results are clearly communicated.
Monitor and manage test-related risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to testing best practices, standards, and procedures throughout the testing lifecycle.
Support the deployment process by validating the quality and readiness of software for production release.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users, ensuring that their feedback is captured and addressed.
Provide guidance and support to testers, ensuring that testing activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications
Experience with writing test plans, automation testing, reviewing test cases and coordinate testing across teams.
Solid understanding of Java, rest assured API, Cypress and Selenium UI test automation tools.
Strong quality assurance background with test development and execution experience.
Strong project management/coordination skills and a solid knowledge of testing planning across multiple teams.
Typically requires at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science/technology, business administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Senior understanding of the subject.
Has in-depth and breadth of knowledge in the discipline.
Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction. Serves as a resource for less experienced staff.
