Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas. We are currently looking for an Technology and Cyber Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration from Microsoft Exchange to Google Workspace (G Suite), ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Configure and optimize Google Workspace for security, performance, and user experience.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, routing, and switching.
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint protection.
  • Manage and support a Field Services team, ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience migrating email systems, preferably Exchange to G Suite.
  • Strong Google Workspace administration and security expertise.
  • Proficiency in networking technologies (firewalls, routing, switching).
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to manage and support a distributed field services team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in medium-to-large companies handling diverse IT responsibilities.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and IT security best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
