Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The IT Learning and Development Specialist (LAD) works closely with project management to determine the needs of stakeholders impacted by the change, helps determine deployment approach and methods (coaching, self-paced learning, instructor-led learning, eLearning), and plans and delivers needed training materials (job aids, on-line help, user guides, self-study guides, supporting webpages, etc.) and communications leading up to training and deployment of new services.
- The LAD will work with project teams to develop and execute organizational change management plans to help end users adopt new solutions and address change concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role
- e-Learning experience
- Adobe Captivate
- Cornerstone
- Camtasia
- Snagit
- General knowledge of Accessibility - being able to create training material that's accessible
- Comfortable working with a very collaborative team
