Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for an IT Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
The IT Learning and Development Specialist (LAD) works closely with project management to determine the needs of stakeholders impacted by the change, helps determine deployment approach and methods (coaching, self-paced learning, instructor-led learning, eLearning), and plans and delivers needed training materials (job aids, on-line help, user guides, self-study guides, supporting webpages, etc.) and communications leading up to training and deployment of new services.
The LAD will work with project teams to develop and execute organizational change management plans to help end users adopt new solutions and address change concerns.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable role
e-Learning experience
Adobe Captivate
Cornerstone
Camtasia
Snagit
General knowledge of Accessibility - being able to create training material that's accessible
Comfortable working with a very collaborative team
