We are currently looking for an Tax Payroll Specialist to join our team.

We are currently looking for an Tax Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve jurisdictional inquiries.
- Process multi-state payroll tax amendments
- Manage account registrations with taxing legislations & jurisdictions.
- Troubleshoot and assist in resolution of tax coding issues.
- Research payroll tax variances and perform tax account reconciliation.
- Work directly with payroll administrators to ensure proper employee setup in payroll software.
- Conduct training sessions with payroll administrators.
- Assist with annual federal, state, and local payroll tax filings & year-end processing.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll tax experience
- 2+ years of experience in multi-state payroll tax reporting
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively across several teams
- High attention to detail
- Great oral and written communication
- Construction industry experience (Plus)
- Working knowledge of Dayforce (Plus)
