This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys solving complex tax matters, partnering with business leaders, and driving strategic tax initiatives within a collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys solving complex tax matters, partnering with business leaders, and driving strategic tax initiatives within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance activities while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and legislative changes to identify opportunities and minimize tax liabilities.
- Provide guidance and consultation to business partners on tax-related matters and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage tax audits, responding to inquiries and maintaining productive relationships with external auditors and taxing authorities.
- Assist with tax provisions, financial reporting, and tax planning strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, leverage technology, and increase operational efficiencies.
- Lead or participate in department and enterprise-wide projects that impact tax reporting or compliance.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
- Eight or more years of progressive tax experience, preferably with public accounting and/or a large corporate tax department.
- CPA, JD, Enrolled Agent, MBA, or other relevant professional designation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
