We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator III to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator III to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage technology infrastructure, including hardware, networks, operating systems, systems middleware, and telecommunications.
- Document, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure while implementing improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, business teams, IT staff, and external vendors.
- Serve as an escalation point for diagnosing complex network and server issues, identifying root causes, and developing remediation strategies.
- Assist in managing the server environment, including creating virtual machines, upgrading management software, troubleshooting infrastructure, and monitoring resource usage.
- Understand business requirements and effectively design, communicate, and implement technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to peers as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on IT infrastructure and networking.
- 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, and tuning LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, WINS, and DNS network services.
- Experience managing backups and disaster recovery solutions, preferably with Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Knowledge of SAN and storage architecture.
- Understanding of wireless networking, including troubleshooting and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- CCNA or comparable industry certification.
- Experience in a multi-domain, geographically dispersed environment.
