Responsibilities
- Perform P&L variance analysis across monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods
- Present financial results and forecasts to leadership
- Maintain and enhance forecast models in Excel using advanced formulas
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects to support business initiatives
- Review and analyze sales and revenue trends at multiple levels
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements
- Contribute to process improvements within finance operations
- Support the monthly financial close process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or forecasting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage complex data models
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or interest in developing SQL skills
- Prior exposure to data analysis across multiple systems
