We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting both domestic and international financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in accounting or finance, and the ability to contribute to process improvements and key business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing financial statements for domestic and international entities
Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and accounting standards
Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) at multiple organizational levels
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for decision-making
Assist senior team members with special projects and initiatives
Focus on innovation, process improvement, and implementation of best practices
Prepare comprehensive month-end reporting packages for various locations and divisions
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and overhead analyses
Support deliverables related to year-end audits, statutory filings, and international subsidiary audits
Compile financial data packets for proposals and business needs
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management
Actively participate in team meetings, fostering collaboration and results-driven outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience (public accounting experience a plus)
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle, Power BI, and data modeling
Background in percent complete accounting
