We are currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts receivable and ensure timely client payments
Investigate aged invoices and communicate with stakeholders to ensure resolution
Enter and reconcile check payments in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update discrepancy reports related to invoice and payment reconciliation
Manage and organize electronic records for all receipts and invoices
Reconcile credit card batches against ERP system records for accuracy
Monitor daily inventory purchases and perform reconciliation
Record sales and purchasing activity in the general ledger
Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts
Process employee expense reports
Assist with budget planning and departmental expense tracking
Collaborate with department leads to review and manage expenses
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2–5 years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP systems
Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Proven track record of proactively identifying and solving problems
