Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering new metrics and reporting as well as designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Additionally, this role may extend to develop common code libraries and perform API development in support of our API Marketplace.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of your assigned work, including design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Potential for off hours, break/fix support when new solutions are released in production.
- Success in this role requires close collaboration with Solution Architects, Product/Project Managers, and organizational leadership to understand and shape the solutions you will develop and maintain.
- Building strong relationships with teammates is essential to your success.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of IT experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing reporting solutions and dashboards using varying tools like APIs, database queries, and logging searches.
- Skilled at translating raw data into clear insights for various audiences.
- Automation experience with reporting and application development processes using tools like Python, Jenkins, and Bash/Shell.
- Strong proficiency in querying and interacting with databases.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work autonomously while keeping teams informed of progress and risks
- Committed to incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Splunk or a willingness to learn.
- Experience developing and implementing reusable code and framework libraries.
- Experience supporting databases (Postgres a plus or willing to learn).
- Additional skills (a plus):

- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Adobe Experience Manager
