We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, optimize, and improve networking solutions to enhance performance and reliability across various environments, including offices, data centers, cloud, and B2B connections.
- Develop, plan, and execute projects based on IT initiatives, ensuring successful delivery through proper scoping, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Manage multiple network infrastructure projects while maintaining a balanced and efficient workflow.
- Monitor network performance, analyze issues, and implement prompt solutions with a security-first approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging networking technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and administration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex network environments.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership, time management, and project management skills.
- Experience with Cisco networking and SDWAN solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud networking strategies and security best practices.
- Prior experience managing enterprise-level networking projects.
