We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team.
Perform moderate to complex analysis of business and internal customer needs
Utilize systems and data to resolve moderate to complex business issues
Assist management with the design, planning, documentation, and implementation of new business processes and systems.
Assess/analyze existing processes to support changing business needs
Make recommendations and changes to metrics, reporting and processes in order to improve and support business activities
Interact with different support teams and internal business groups to provide analytical support
Assist with generation and interpretation of recurring and ad-hoc operational reporting packages
Provide mentoring and coaching to other business analysts
Create written policies and procedures
Build subject matter expertise across the business including data content and process flows
Complete all mandatory training within a timely basis, as instructed.
Comply with code of conduct & Bank policies/procedures.
Actively identify incidents outside of established policies & procedures and report to management immediately.
Familiar with & comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies & procedures that are applicable to required job duties.
Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of financial services and/or business operations experience & knowledge
Experience with MS Excel tables, pivot tables, and charts
Experience with MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in PC and office software applications
Good to excellent knowledge of corporate business procedures & objectives
Good to excellent writing, editing, and communications skills
Good to excellent organizational skills
Good to excellent decision-making skills
Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of situations, where only limited standards may exist and critical thinking is needed for effective resolutions
Ability to write reports & business correspondence
Ability to analyze simple to complex business problems and define solutions
Ability to analyze complex financial scenarios
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Working towards advanced degree (MBA)
Experience with Crystal Reports
Experience with SharePoint
Experience in production agriculture or operations
Working knowledge of customer service/technical support and related practices
Working knowledge of professional services/project operations and related practices
Working knowledge of finance & accounting operations
