We are currently looking for a Sr. Applications Systems Analyst to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, evaluate, consult, configure, and project manage application solutions along with recommendations to improve system utilization.
  • Lead analysis on business procedures, needs and problems where appropriate configure applications to support requirements.
  • Plan and prepare documentation of the development and functioning of systems. 
  • Deploy code or configuration changes in emergency situations.
  • Provide application and technical client support in order to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues with information systems products and services.
  • Lead project team in concept development, interface design, architecture and planning tasks and resources based upon estimates, costs, schedule and scope.
  • Evaluate project objectives and requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead estimates, request for proposals (RFPs), feasibility studies, etc. as required for the project, and recommends appropriate solutions.
  • Train personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’ s degree or Expert Level Certifications
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Leadership aptitude
  • MBA, Project management certification or APICS certification
  • Knowledge of INFOR’ s CSI/Syteline software or other ERP system
  • Knowledge of database structures
  • Ability to direct outside consulting resources.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects of varying size and scope.
  • Thorough attention to detail and documentation.
  • Proactive team player with a desire to build effective working relationships.
  • Customer facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Lean training and experience
