We are currently looking for a Sr. Test Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Assess and evaluate quality assurance test requirements to determine the scope of functionality covered by testing within MS Dynamics365 CRM.
Design, produce, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans and test cases based on detailed requirements and specifications.
Conduct thorough defect documentation, tracking, and regression testing to ensure high-quality outputs.
Define, track, and report on key quality assurance metrics to measure testing effectiveness and improve processes over time.
Engage in continuous professional development to master the latest tools and technologies relevant to CRM testing.
Required Qualifications
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as EasyRepro, Selenium, Cucumber, and other relevant automation tools.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with SQL and scripting.
Proficiency in communicating effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other team members, especially when explaining the impact of bugs and test outcomes.
Experience with testing web services and APIs.
The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience with defect management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Knowledge of CRM workflows, configuration, and environment management.
Direct experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM, or Oracle CRM.
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTP, CSTE, ICP-TST, CAT)
Certification in automation tools such as Selenium or similar.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Practical experience in performance tuning and security testing of CRM applications.
Proficient in implementing testing procedures within an Agile development framework.
