Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our team.
Required Qualifications
- Design and lead solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team
- Work closely with various customers and project managers to understand and manage project delivery expectations
- Create functional design specifications and implementation plans
- Provide architecture review and project milestone sessions for project sponsors
- Delegate responsibilities and priorities to development staff
- Ensure project delivery processes are in place and being executed, providing oversight for multiple concurrent development projects
- 12 years of experience in a corporate environment
- 9 years of experience designing service-oriented architectures, using cloud providers such as Azure, and hands-on experience writing code such as C#
- 8 years of experience designing database systems for applications (SQL Preferred)
- 5 years of experience with distributed systems and designing microservices
- Expertise and experience in implementing cloud-based SaaS and/or PaaS solutions
- Proven and demonstrated experience designing, architecting, leading development and deployment of multiple enterprise solutions
- Strong desire to solve hard technical problems, and proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision
- 10 years of experience in a consultative environment
