We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join our team.
Interpret end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications.
Take a keen interest in understanding the business process and recommend solutions that effectively meet the needs of the business.
Code and successfully perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution as well as compliance to the business and technical requirements.
Work with other software engineers to design user interfaces and system interfaces between software applications to complete design requirements.
Use system traces and debugging tools for problem determination and system tuning.
Participate in the migration of applications to quality assurance and/or the production environment.
3+ years’ experience in software programming and development
2+ years JAVA programming
2+ years of SQL programming
2+ years of Oracle stored procedure development
Proficient Strong Defect/bug fixing skills
Proficient Testing/Code Review skills
Comfortable using a Windows-based Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Excellent communications skills that allow the candidate to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business units.
Recent experience in core application development and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, Struts 2, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, TDD, SQL, JSP Servlet, and XML.
Self-starter, driven by success, and quick learner
