Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives, coordinating across teams within a matrixed organization.

Align data objectives and technical requirements between marketing, technology, and business stakeholders.

Configure and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud to support scalable and efficient data solutions.

Lead integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and platform performance.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and data security across the platform.

Design and implement data strategies, including unification, segmentation, and analytics.
-
Maintain data quality through imports/exports, cleansing, and deduplication.

Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reporting.

Deliver training and ongoing support to internal users to drive platform adoption.

Initiate and lead new data-driven projects, including research, strategy, and execution.
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and related platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.

Experience with full lifecycle Data Cloud implementations.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience with platform governance and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Salesforce Data Cloud Architect and/or Developer certifications (or equivalent super-badges).
-
Background in external data integrations, ETL tools, or Master Data Management (MDM).
-
Cross-functional experience with additional Salesforce clouds, especially Marketing Cloud.
