Job Description

We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and product teams to define and shape technical solutions to meet business needs.

Interpret complex business challenges into scalable, simplified, and robust software architectures.
-
Author and present architectural artifacts that clearly communicate designs to stakeholders across varying technical levels.

Guide one or more software development teams through implementation, ensuring alignment with proposed architectures.

Provide hands-on support for complex technical projects, including contributing to cloud-based development and code reviews.

Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and technical expectations.

Offer architectural thought leadership while considering reusability, existing capabilities, and potential enhancements within broader ecosystems.

Deliver design inputs for architectural review processes.
Required Qualifications
-
Proven experience in solution and application design, with the ability to balance enterprise-level strategy and detailed technical architecture.
-
Hands-on development experience, preferably in .NET or similar frameworks.
-
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure services including Functions, App Services, Front Door, API Management, and Containers.
-
Demonstrated ability to create scalable architectural frameworks that development teams can implement effectively.
-
Experience integrating with third-party vendors and external systems.
-
Familiarity with multiple SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business units.

Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience contributing to enterprise architecture practices and governance processes.

Background in designing systems with long-term maintainability, including managing technical debt and versioning strategies.

Prior experience authoring detailed architectural diagrams and documentation for use in technical and executive communications.
