Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions. We are currently looking for a Healthcare Software Developer (EMR Integration) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for a modern EMR platform
Build and maintain API integrations between multiple systems and services
Develop middleware and system wrappers to support seamless communication between applications
Support modernization efforts by transitioning applications from React to Vue 3
Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to align software solutions with business workflows
Work within a cloud-based environment to support scalable application development
Support data flow into centralized reporting and data warehouse systems
Contribute to internal tools and next-generation technology initiatives, including AI/LLM-related capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, integration challenges, and performance issues
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and development planning
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with full-stack software development
Experience with API development and systems integration
Strong knowledge of Node.js, C#, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks
Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
Understanding of complex workflow-driven applications and data processes
Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue 3 or React
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with EMR/EHR platforms or healthcare-related applications
Experience integrating headless platforms or third-party systems
Experience with data warehouses and large datasets
Familiarity with AI or LLM-based applications
Background working in highly regulated or workflow-intensive environments
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and integrations
