We are currently looking for a Software Analyst to join our team.

 

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Software and Hardware analysis, tool support and mentoring, vendor audit representation, support and/or lead annual product renewals for software and hardware products such as Microsoft Server licensing and Hardware Server based product renewals. 
  • You will act as the software analyst for global and/or international projects, will test and/or validate data, formulate data, provide reporting and metric creation for hardware and software products, create and support new/existing technology processes and services. 
  • You will interface across multiple departments and represent both hardware and software solutions, along with the ability to interact with executive management, corporate and field representatives.
  • As a Software Analyst, you will also be responsible for evaluating requests and problems to determine feasibility, identify options, and recommend existing software solutions. 
  • You will assist with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications, as well as provide facilitation of tools via Governance committees.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business or technology role
  • Proven record of taking initiative and driving a plan effectively
  • Strong Excel knowledge, with the ability to create macros, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Solid analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience and excellence in business communications and interactions with end customers
  • Strong experience navigating, researching and understanding software applications used to enable business processes
  • Familiarity of IT concepts including software lifecycle, infrastructure and support services
  • Secure in independent judgment and autonomous decision making
  • Drive to stay knowledgeable of new consumer technology and trends
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration and reporting
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Leadership skills in a team environment
