Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Senior Web Application Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Translate complex information into intuitive and visually engaging user experiences
- Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions
- Participate in both design and development efforts, including scoping project requirements
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
- Perform additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in web application development
- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work onsite full-time in a regional office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-platform development technologies such as Flutter or similar tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
