Data Engineer II / III
Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a respected organization to identify a Data Engineer II / III for their IT team. This opportunity is ideal for a data-focused professional who enjoys building scalable data solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and supporting enterprise-wide analytics and reporting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration processes
• Transform and optimize large data sets for reporting, analytics, and operational use
• Develop and support high-performance data models, algorithms, and production data processes
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and overall data quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related performance and processing issues
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing infrastructure
• Integrate modern data management tools and technologies into current systems
• Maintain documentation and follow established change management and quality assurance processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data transformation processes
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, and AWS platforms
• Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python,
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets
• Understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and database schema design
