Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City Areas.
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team.
Required education and experience
- 4+ years of administration experience on the ServiceNow platform (operations, integrations, LDAP/SSO and access, update sets, cloning, patching, upgrades, testing, and experience with core ServiceNow applications)
- 3+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform (workflows, business rules, UI Actions, forms, lists, modules, custom development –global scope)
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to mentor others
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Core Competencies
- ITSM Module
- CMDB Module
- Discovery and Asset Management
- Configuration Analysis
- Define and document system setup
- System Testing
Preferred education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, HTML
- 2+ years of experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery
- 2+ years integration experience (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Similar
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundations Certification
