Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web-based eCommerce applications, performing regression testing, and collaborating with Agile teams to create and execute test cases for new and existing features. This position involves developing automation scripts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure thorough regression coverage and validation of new functionality.

  • Execute test cases, including ad-hoc and exploratory testing as required.

  • Document testing results and collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to resolve issues.

  • Create and manage testing data needed for manual and automated test execution.

  • Perform software configurations and deployments to support testing activities.

  • Track testing progress and adhere to project timelines.

  • Participate actively in Agile project workflows, providing feedback and highlighting high-risk areas.

  • Ensure quality in all deliverables, including software, test cases, bug reports, and automation plans.

  • Become a subject matter expert on existing and new features, reviewing logs, troubleshooting issues, and updating test cases.

  • Analyze features and test cases to identify gaps and improve test coverage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience testing web-based software applications.

  • Experience using SQL to extract, modify, and manage data in Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.

  • Strong understanding of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.

  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile software development methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented, creative problem solver with strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience with automation tools (Selenium preferred) for web services and user interfaces.

  • Knowledge of eCommerce applications and payment processing rules.

  • Experience with applications involving credit card processing hardware.
