Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior IT System Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Ability to function as a global administrator:
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Teams Phone
- MTR Support
- OneDrive
- Exchange
- Entra (AzureAD)
- Viva (Connections, Engage, Topics, Goals, etc.)
- Administrative support for additional Modern Workplace tools:
- Forms
- Planner
- Office suite web applications
- Power User or Developer ability with Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Admin or developer support of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.
- Operate as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft 365 platform and consult with business to recommend best practice.
- Provide continued support to internal Change Advisory Board (CAB) by presenting technical changes following ITIL best practices.
- Develop project plans to transition, administration, and operations necessary to support this requirement.
- Perform day-to-day research ensuring technology and best practice guidance are applied and used appropriately within the M365 environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology or related field.
- Eight years’ experience required or applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Expert in applying IT system principles, concepts, and methods to the operational environment.
- The suitable candidate will have experience and working knowledge of the following software/platforms:
- M365 Admin console(s)
- Active Directory in a Hybrid environment
- PowerShell command administration and script building
