Senior Global Analyst

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement positions with companies throughout the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

ASG is seeking a Senior Global Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, risks, product issues, and opportunities for improvement across business units
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on in-depth evaluation of complex situations and datasets
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support emerging business needs and strategic initiatives
  • Escalate identified issues as needed and recommend actions to mitigate risk and improve outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to validate trends, assess risks, and finalize recommendations
  • Compile and communicate findings clearly through written summaries, visual reporting, and verbal presentations
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support alignment and execution
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives focused on data integrity, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness
  • Develop, document, and share best practices for analytics reporting across teams and stakeholders
  • Support audit readiness, documentation updates, and compliance-related reporting activities as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data sources, calculations, assumptions, and reporting methodologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address reportable trends, issues, and other data-driven concerns
  • Support dashboard development and reporting on key operational and strategic metrics
  • Help drive continuous improvements that enhance the end-user or customer experience and support broader business goals

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data-driven business support, ideally within a manufacturing or product-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data models
  • Experience with Power BI and other analytics or reporting tools
  • Strong business intuition and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex scenarios
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility and drive action
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus across teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, or similarly structured environments
  • Experience leading projects and driving initiatives to successful completion
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts through best practices and coaching
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed, and cross-cultural environments
  • Strong adaptability and comfort working through ambiguity and change
