We are currently looking for a Senior Development Analyst to join our team.

 

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of system/information projects from process analysis through implementation.
  • Responsible for analyzing business processes, defining software requirements, designing, developing, and documenting applications and tools in compliance with development standards.
  • Translate often complex information to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Consult with and train department business owners to effectively take advantage of system functionality and resources.
  • Manage ongoing communication and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensible manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, propose solutions to solve problems, and turn them into technical designs, using:
    • Use Cases and/or User Stories
    • Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
    • Interface mock-ups and attributes
    • Process models and descriptions
    • Workflow storyboards
    • Requirements traceability deliverables
    • Test and implementation plans
  • Complete application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
  • Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
  • Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drives testing and implementation.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence, wide-range of technical knowledge, good communication skills (written and oral), resourcefulness, creativity, initiative, and ability to quickly and effectively absorb and use new technology skills.
  • Responsible to proactively keep up with and recommend technology opportunities that will contribute to the company’ s success.
  • Complete all mandatory training within a timely basis, as instructed.
  • Comply with code of conduct & Bank policies/procedures.
  • Actively identify incidents outside of established policies & procedures and report to management immediately.
  • Familiar with & comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies & procedures that are applicable to required job duties.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’ s Degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of information technology experience.
  • Experience using SharePoint 2013, O365, and SharePoint Online
  • Experience with web design and layout, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and photo-editing software
  • A solid understanding of information architecture (IA), user experience (UX), and user interface design in web-based systems
  • Superb judgement as to the appropriateness of the business needs and the proposed solution
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) with technical understanding (ability to interpret information) of the proposed solution
  • Ability to read and understand technical requirements and design documentation
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools and deliverables
  • Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Skype for Business, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PowerApps, Flow, and PowerBI
  • Nintex form and workflow development
  • Windows operating system and hardware knowledge
  • Knowledge of networking, including creating firewalls, security zones and encryption
  • Experience with Internet Information Server (IIS)
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and concepts
