Senior Claims Manager
Adaptive Solutions Group is a third party staffing firm providing information technology and professional services talent for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement opportunities across the Midwest.
We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Manager to join a client team through a hybrid work arrangement.

We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Manager to join a client team through a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities

Manage complex, high severity claims from initial review through resolution.

Make independent decisions related to coverage analysis, medical management, litigation strategy, and settlement recommendations.

Collaborate with third party administrators, legal counsel, and internal business partners to ensure effective claim handling.

Ensure compliance with established best practices, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in audits and quality reviews and provide support as needed.

Assist with mentoring and knowledge sharing for less experienced team members.

Maintain accurate documentation and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently while also contributing within a collaborative team environment.

Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Eight to ten years of experience managing workers’ compensation or complex claims.

Experience handling claims across multiple jurisdictions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to manage high exposure or catastrophic claims.

Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Regional Midwest location.
