We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide analytical and project management support to management and staff in completing various projects.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external customers.
Assist with the defect management process including assisting with analysis, metrics and reporting of defects, and team communication to ensure timely follow-up/actions for open defects and to ensure clear communication and ownership relative to defect disposition.
Assist with process improvements in support of the test management processes to facilitate/streamline data gathering and reporting to feed into overall program testing metrics and progress/status reporting.
Provide support for program status updates and reporting for testing tracks, including the preparation of materials for meetings and program leadership presentations.
Monitor status, identifies trends, and designs reports that focus on quality measures, performance metrics, or other program/project goals and objectives.
Review and enhance outputs to ensure reports meet program standards and audience needs.
Identify and effectively implement areas for continuous improvement through researching market/industry best practices, collecting and analyzing data, establishing metrics, drawing appropriate conclusions, and presenting results in written reports and/or verbal presentations using visual aids.
Assist with data management by working with the test leads to define standard test scenarios and data required.
Review and provide feedback to work completed by others.
Serve as a lead/mentor to analyst staff.
Lead or complete ad-hoc projects and/or assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to five years of professional experience required.
Strong knowledge of budget and accounting principles and systems.
Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills to include organization, planning, and execution.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a large-scale, highly-matrixed team environment.
Demonstrated personal initiative and leadership potential.
United States citizenship is required for this position.
Experience with testing processes (e.g. test execution reporting, defect management/reporting, testing metrics)
Experience working with Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL queries to extract and analyze data from testing tools (e.g. ALM/JIRA).
