We are currently looking for a Scrum Master  to join our team.


  • Responsible for leading 2 or more self-organizing teams, facilitating the scrum process using agile/scrum methodology, managing the exchange of information, removing impediments to progress and assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve efficiency.   
  • Personify Scrum and Agile, bridging the gap between conceptualizing and actioning project ideas within a team. 
  • Support the Product Owners in executing according to the product backlog and will be dedicated to maintaining a healthy and creative development process to deliver world class SaaS software.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have considerable and varied experience working with software development teams, in roles similar to that of a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Engineer and/or IT manager, and has also played the role of Scrum Master or Coach for multiple years. 
  • A Scrum Master II is a student of human behavior and strives to create a high performing organization.


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of related IT experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Engineer, Manager, or similar role
  • Must have First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a Scrum Team
  • Solid skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (ex: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver the product increment, build/mold autonomous teams and drive actions through inspect/adapt sessions 
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Second or Third level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC) is preferred
  • SAFe Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Program Consultant)
  • Experience as an Agile Coach for application development or operational teams
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for 3+ years or more for numerous scrum teams is preferred
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc) is preferred
  • Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc. is preferred
  • Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, Crystal, FDD, etc. is preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games preferred
  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team is preferred
  • Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (ex.: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) is preferred
  • Previous experience as a collaborative leader is preferred
  • Previous experience as a facilitator of medium size teams to resolve issues or lead workshops
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
