Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Agile development processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to drive project planning and execution.
- Provide project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Manage team velocity and assess capacity to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work closely with Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile best practices.
- Identify and mitigate obstacles that may impact project progress.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
- Experience managing technical teams and overseeing project execution.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Background in project management with a technical focus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
