We are currently looking for an SQA Operations Analyst to join our team.
Performs tasks associated with multiple hardware/software platforms.
Installs, updates, maintains, and monitors the operation of moderately complex automated systems and applications including, but not limited to, server back-up support, change/problem management, database management, and/or asset management.
Evaluates and/or implements new hardware and software products to improve efficiency, reliability, or to provide new services.
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and/or work-related experience.
Server Operating System Administration certification(s), or completion of classes toward applicable server operating system administration certifications preferred.
At least two years of experience with network administration and user support.
Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, analytical, customer service, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to end-users.
Good working knowledge of multiple hardware/software platforms and applications.
Business-area specific requirements may apply.
Bachelor’ s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with management at every level.
Familiarity working in a very fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system.
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.
Familiarity with SharePoint.
Knowledge of IT and QA processes and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution.
Ensures accountability through timely follow-through and escalation as required.
Familiarity with SQA testing tools (i.e. Compliance Sheriff, UFT, HP LoadRunner, Selenium, VMWare, etc.).
Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) user permissions.
