Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology and professional services personnel. We provide a variety of professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City Areas, as well as some remote opportunities.

We are currently looking for an SCCM Administrator to join the team.

  • Configure, manage, and control the endpoint computing devices in the company.
  • Perform software upgrades.
  • Test and implement new software.
  • Test, implement, and maintain specialty systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support to first and second tier technical support resources.
  • Optimize performance of endpoint computing devices to create and maintain standard, secure, and optimal endpoint computing environment.
  • Develop and maintain security baseline for the corporate endpoint computing devices.
  • Develop and maintain standard endpoint images.
  • Maintain application installation packages standards.
  • Utilize a centralized software distribution solution for the purpose of upgrading software, deploying new software, and patching software.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Service Desk Analysts.
  • Stay up to date with leading technology for the endpoint computing devices.
  • Maintains client information in complete confidence.
  • Completes other specified duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in a corporate technology department.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, BitLocker, Patching is a must
  • Demonstrated success with creating, testing, and deploying images and application installation packages.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Regular attendance required, onsite hybrid schedule after training.
