Job Description
Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop manual and automated test plans for new and existing features.
- Work with CTO and CPO to improve testing strategy and processes.
- Own the “in testing” stage of SDLC and help release code at high frequency.
- Perform exploratory manual testing.
- Maintain and develop automated end-to-end and integration tests.
- Manage a test lab of complicated data sets and 3rd party sources.
- Ensure the quality of Federated Search Platform.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of modern end-to-end testing tools like Playwright and Cypress.
- Strong working knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and Insomnia.
- The ability to design and populate repositories of test data in a variety of formats and data stores.
- The ability to listen and communicate effectively with diverse and remote teammates.
- Insatiable professional curiosity and strong but loosely held opinions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of modern technologies for large scale data lakes .
- Familiarity with user interface and user interaction design concepts.
- Experience in Cyber Security or IT Observability.
- Experience working with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure
