We are currently looking for a QMS Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure products and services meet or exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Oversee QMS documentation including quality manuals, SOPs, procedures, and records.
Conduct and support internal, supplier, and third-party audits.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to QMS performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, design controls, and production quality.
Manage and review quality system records such as CAPA, nonconformance, complaints, change control, and risk management files.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure quality objectives are met.
Investigate quality issues, apply risk-based approaches, and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with quality systems software (e.g., Arena, MasterControl, Greenlight Guru).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading audits and preparing organizations for third-party inspections.
Background in training, mentoring, and leading quality initiatives.
Familiarity with document control, supplier management, labeling, and post-market surveillance processes.
