We are currently looking for an QA Tester to join our team.
Audit, measure, and report on IT compliance to the Enterprise Information Services’ Quality Assurance methodology, policies, and procedures.
Ensure process and detail testing criteria is comprehensive and mitigates any risk in the introduction and installation of enhancements, new systems, and or changes in logic or functions within existing system processes.
Ensure adherence to Quality Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology and the Change Management Process for Software Development.
Review and assess test results to improve test conditions, recommend test automation tools, and test method process improvements.
Lead the QA team in requirement analysis, Load, performance, scalability and Stress test strategy and test plan creation in support of the overall IT development lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise and direction in analyzing business requirements and traceability, interfacing with customers and the development team.
Occasionally lead other members and contractors of the QA team in requirement analysis, test strategy and test plan creation.
Provide technical expertise and direction in analyzing business requirements and traceability interfacing with customers and the development team.
Lead the development and maintenance of QA templates and artifacts including:
Test plans/scripts for Load, performance, scalability and Stress test
Test automation scripts
Detailed Test Conditions
Detail functional requirements and interface specifications.
View application and capture screen prints SQL queries, and reports.
Daily/Weekly Project Status
QA strategy Documents for Load, performance, scalability and Stress test
Perform validation of test results and provide QA signoff or rejection of IT changes during Unit testing Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Product Testing.
Report frequency and degree of code/logic errors to QA Director.
Mentor junior QA analysts, testers, and contractors.
Direct supervision of assigned project as well as coordinating the activities of supporting team members.
Execute tests, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Product Testing, Run SQL database queries with a primary focus on Web and Mobile App team projects.
Provide support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post implementation activities.
Establish, maintain, and optimize relationships with resource and technology vendors and partners.
Ensure the successful navigation, coordination and communication of development projects.
Experience and working knowledge of “ best practices” in developing and leading/managing projects to create solutions, plan, budget, and execute projects in support of customer/business objectives/goals.
Intellectual capacity and ability to gather, sort and analyze data and then develop logical conclusions.
Critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with problem solving tools/techniques and able to communicate options, conclusions, and recommendations to both the business and the technology teams.
Articulate and capable of conveying ideas clearly/concisely.

Database script creation/maintenance SQL, Aqua Data Studio, Oracle
Spreadsheet skills. (e.g., Excel) - Test definition, Requirement Mapping etc.,
