Job Description

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Leads projects and initiatives of varying complexity and length within the organization.
  • Act as product manager/road manager to provide the vision and set priority with the squad(s).
  • Implementing and managing changes to ensure project or product goals are achieved. This includes the ability to liaise with staff, management, and the project team to maximize employee adoption.
  • Ensures all involved parties are aligned, do the right things in the right order, and signals when a project or product deviates from the roadmap.
  • Enables and supports the Simplify @ Scale organization to achieve regional objectives that span across the chain (domains, tribes, etc.).
  • Develop an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Alignment entails top-down vision, goals, and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of project objectives.
  • Budget formulation and tracking project component costs with overall project administration costs.
  • Track the performance of members of various project teams or squads to assess compliance with budgetary, time, and other requirements.
  • Review the work product of teams for compliance with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Report and present the progress of roadmap, goals, impediments, and dependencies to relevant boards and areas/tribes.
  • Work closely with portfolio management’s assurance function to ensure minimum quality standards are being met consistently.
  • Develops and executes change management plans, to ensure the people side of change and operational readiness is embedded in the project and/or product delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrate understanding of business objectives, and propose solutions that advance those business objectives in a cost effective manner.
  • Able to anticipate and timely address impediments that may jeopardize deadlines and benefits realization.
  • Ability to organize competing priorities and responsibilities for the project team or squad.
  • Ability to assess the organization's level of change adoption and manage operational readiness.
