Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Leads projects and initiatives of varying complexity and length within the organization.
- Act as product manager/road manager to provide the vision and set priority with the squad(s).
- Implementing and managing changes to ensure project or product goals are achieved. This includes the ability to liaise with staff, management, and the project team to maximize employee adoption.
- Ensures all involved parties are aligned, do the right things in the right order, and signals when a project or product deviates from the roadmap.
- Enables and supports the Simplify @ Scale organization to achieve regional objectives that span across the chain (domains, tribes, etc.).
- Develop an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Alignment entails top-down vision, goals, and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of project objectives.
- Budget formulation and tracking project component costs with overall project administration costs.
- Track the performance of members of various project teams or squads to assess compliance with budgetary, time, and other requirements.
- Review the work product of teams for compliance with organizational objectives and goals.
- Report and present the progress of roadmap, goals, impediments, and dependencies to relevant boards and areas/tribes.
- Work closely with portfolio management’s assurance function to ensure minimum quality standards are being met consistently.
- Develops and executes change management plans, to ensure the people side of change and operational readiness is embedded in the project and/or product delivery.

- Demonstrate understanding of business objectives, and propose solutions that advance those business objectives in a cost effective manner.
- Able to anticipate and timely address impediments that may jeopardize deadlines and benefits realization.
- Ability to organize competing priorities and responsibilities for the project team or squad.
- Ability to assess the organization's level of change adoption and manage operational readiness.
