We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes & projects
- Track progress against stated goals, milestones and provide status updates
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues to management as needed
- Work closely with business partners and technology providers to develop and execute implementation plans
- Work with Learning and Development on training plans and delivery to drive adoption
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Performs other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization
- Manage vendor timelines and deliverables
- Strong understanding of change management
- Proven ability to make decisions with limited information
- Excellent analytical skills
- Established understanding of both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined, scope, budget, and timeline
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management or other related experience
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Computer and Software Skills:
- Strong skill in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Sheets.
- Project Management Software (i.e. MS Project, Asana, Etc.)
- Certified Project Manager a plus
