We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the Business Partner for one or more assigned Divisions and demonstrate a passion for understanding the business and what is trying to be achieved, balanced with good communication and rapport with the technical IT team to build/buy and deliver solutions.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including all project documentation, stakeholder management, and coordination of project team to meet project goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
- Coordinate work activities of cross-functional teams by scheduling tasks, setting work priorities, and directing the work of assigned project team members.
- Develop and deliver project status reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to wide audiences including senior management.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and vendors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team with minimal assistance.
- Monitor and track all escalated issues to resolution.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Understand business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT-owned solutions.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for required project team resources.
- Provide reliable solutions to a wide range of difficult problems including evaluation of new technologies to improve existing functions.
- Serve as liaison between the IT Division and the Business to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
- Lead project management process improvement efforts.
- Work with business users to identify and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Analyze existing business process requirements, prepare requirements and specifications, and evaluate and recommend process changes or IT solutions.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and project management techniques.
- Develop requests for proposals (RFP), manage responses, analyze results, present findings, and arrange for demonstrations as applicable.
- Provide mentoring and support to other project managers and business analysts.
- Develop business cases for system enhancements and new project requests.
Qualifications
- Assist in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
- Assist in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
