We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Leads and directs multiple global, divisional or departmental IT projects through the project lifecycle.
Facilitates and drives out cross-functional and cross-divisional decisions from key stakeholders.
Develops project charters and related project management work products, ensures that projects meet customer requirements and corporate strategies.
Manages projects within the constraints of time, cost, scope and quality.
Manages large and/or complex projects through the project lifecycle.
Establishes and maintains effective communication with other project managers, cross-functional project teams, and internal/ external customers in order to identify key plan tasks and due dates.
Provides guidance in the application toolset required to code, test and troubleshoot applications for new development and on-going support, and direct the activities of all technical resources on the project.
Performs management duties including, but not limited to hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching direct reports.
Ensures business partners’ expectations are met, gain understanding when desired outcomes are not feasible and provide alternative solutions to meet objective(s).
Conducts feasibility studies and perform cost/benefit analysis for IT projects.
Establishes and maintains best practices and consistent project management policies and guidelines in line with IT project management methodologies.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years formal project management experience
2-5 years of project lead, supervisory, or management experience
Advanced project management skills.
Demonstrates ability to evaluate project objectives and scope for feasibility, understanding, scheduling, and ensure projects meet budget and plan criteria.
Advanced skills in software development methodologies and possess the ability to disseminate them to a team.
Knowledge of finance and/or accounting principles, standards and rules.
Knowledge of financial and budgeting systems.
Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
Advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received.
Advanced level of investigative, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment, participate in department/team projects and balance detail with departmental objectives.
Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously.
Advanced ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional and technical disciplines.
Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
Advanced level of skills in customer relationship management and change management.
Ability to resolve conflict and foster teamwork.
