Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring solutions are delivered effectively to clients. You will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements, optimize delivery processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your insights will directly contribute to the successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed customer requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for delivery teams.

Analyze customer data from core systems and support integration efforts with various platforms.

Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented accurately and on schedule, addressing any issues promptly.

Serve as a point of contact for resolving challenges during the delivery process, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout projects, keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Assist in creating training materials and documentation for clients, providing support during the implementation phase.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in customer-facing or delivery-focused roles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL and Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
