Job Description
Scrum Master
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic team delivering a critical compliance and application reporting system. This role will support Agile delivery, foster collaboration, and guide the team toward successful project execution in a hybrid staffing environment.
Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and remove impediments to maximize team productivity.

Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.

Encourage continuous improvement across delivery cycles.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure successful knowledge transfer and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Experience supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall transitions.
