Product Owner – AI Solutions

We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. We are currently looking for a Product Owner – AI Solutions to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Owner for AI-powered solutions, overseeing the development, tuning, and optimization of AI capabilities in partnership with third-party vendors.
- Define and refine workflows to ensure AI-generated outputs meet end-user requirements and operational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI models into business processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and consistent model performance.
- Lead projects focused on enhancing AI tools and functionality, while maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
- Conduct data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting using scorecards and feedback loops.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to promote effective adoption and utilization of AI technologies across teams.
- Act as a liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams to align business objectives with technical implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, or technical roles supporting digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including configuration, tuning, and workflow integration.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with documentation workflows, structured/unstructured data, or enterprise systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and managing technical projects.
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions or NLP-based summarization tools.
- Exposure to unstructured data analysis, particularly with AI-driven outputs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, or other product lifecycle tools.
- Background supporting user adoption and change management efforts.
