We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Lead complex project delivery by guiding project teams, managing scope, and ensuring all milestones and expectations are met for large and mid-sized initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans that include work breakdown structures, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocations. Oversee scoping, planning, execution, time approval, change management, stakeholder management, and daily team task assignments using established methodologies such as agile or waterfall.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, RAID logs, and go or no-go materials that support clear direction and alignment.
Oversee project managers or team leads as needed while organizing and facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor performance and manage risks by tracking progress, identifying issues, building mitigation strategies, and adjusting schedules when necessary to keep work on course.
Provide consistent communication and reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and documentation that offer visibility into project progress and support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field
5 to 10 years of project management experience
5 or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
Proven ability to manage large workloads, meet deadlines, and navigate fast-paced or evolving environments
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong customer service mindset and ability to coordinate across departments
Experience leading both technical and non-technical project teams
Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, with strong planning and organizational capabilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field
Experience supporting technology-driven projects
8 to 12 years of project management experience in application development or implementation environments
8 or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Strong research skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Understanding of how technology and process improvements drive organizational efficiency
Physical Requirements
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to sit for long durations
Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements for typing
